Trust me when I say these are the best brownies you will ever have in your entire life. I get it, you'll skim this post, find it doesn't have enough reviews for you, and move on to a recipe made by some big corporation ('cause let's be honest, I would do that too). Just know if you were to do that, you would be missing out on the supreme brownie recipe, and I just hope you can sleep at night knowing the opportunity you have just given up.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted, unsalted
1 espresso shot
2 cups white sugar
2 tbsp molasses
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1.5 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chunks or chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a medium baking dish with oil and parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, molasses, espresso, and eggs.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chunks, pour into your baking dish, and garnish with more chocolate chunks.
Bake for 3o minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center can be removed cleanly.
Slice, serve, and enjoy! Store at room temperature for up to five days, though it won't last that long.
